Hi, this is Maryam Webster. I’m the cheeky chick with spiky red hair and a wizard’s bagful of tools and tricks to put at your disposal. My usual services list is currently being updated to more accurately reflect my offerings for 2010, and the new direction my company is taking. What I can tell you now though is:

You know the kind of “fatal flaws” I mean – you’ve been meditating for ten years and don’t feel really “there” yet. You’ve been to every workshop and class you can think of and still the same darned upsetting things keep happening to you. “Why me?!” you ask as you dodge yet another bullet at home, at work, while leading a team meeting. You’ve been trying to finish the PhD, screw up courage to ask for more staff or a bigger departmental budget, or to manage your kids and love life better or to lose weight for years, and just haven’t managed to.
But you’ve tried hard, really you have.
I did too and I know how frustrating it can be to bust a gut and not get where you want to go.

Workshops and Keynote Speaking:

Shadow Coaching & Focused Consultation
Maryam coaches business executives and managers to plug the holes in your performance, working relationships and leadership development as she observes you in person from the background of your office or boardroom, during your work day.
You can choose to engage her feedback during a meeting or interaction, or choose an interactive feedback segment prior to your action plan session at the end of your time together.
The results of shadow coaching are increased confidence, having answers for the exact situations you’re dealing with, gliding smoothly through relationships that may have been difficult, with next steps and a focused plan of action that leave nothing to chance.
