Over at the CEC…
We have just completed our first week in The Certified Energy Coach Program and I’ve had a ton of fun. Only I think I’m going too fast. Though I’m doing this via teleclass, I got the distinct impression of deer in the headlights when we completed our (extra long) first day. Need to slow down. Part of this beta-test process for me is learning how long people need to wrap themselves around conceps that may be entirely unfamiliar to them. And how to explain them better for everyone’s different representational modes. I’m also learning a lot about things I learned, incorporated deeply into my base matrix and forgot I knew discretely. It’s not wise for one to assume that others have all the same resources and background as one does. I’ve caught myself several times assuming we all know something and the students have too, bless their hearts. I ask for a lot of feedback and they give it to me. What a marvellous bunch of people they are! Coming from all different walks of life and professional histories, they have come together with a single purpose of successfully helping people with problems. They’re going to be awesome Coaches, each and every one of them! And they are helping me grow the Program already in ways I hadn’t thought of. What lovely synchronicity…
