Maryam...i don't know you very well, just from your monthly calls, but...Oh. My. GOD! Did this ever work like CRAZY!! For me it's my grandmom, who always has something nasty to say to EVERYONE - just like Sabrina's mom nagged her in the example you did. I just went home and stepped in the door expecting Nanna Jane to say something shitty to me. SHE DIDN'T! Instead she was halfway out of her chair (she like NEVER gets up for anyone) and came to the door to hug me and say how glad she was I was home for Christmas. I almost fell over from shock...but what a nice shock.

My mom was also like in total shock and says "i don't believe this what happened?" but I'm like "its cool mom, you really need to listen to this audio" and I gave her the URL to the Breathing Peace so she will be listening too. My dad is also interested in what caused this serious change. Nanna Jane just seems happier and hasn't messed with ANYBODY in the last three days which is a total record. No one can explain it any other way.

oh btw, I re-did the breathing peace process about six times just to make sure I had it down. could that be why it worked so well?

Thank you, thank you, thank you, thannnnnnnk you Maryam!!

Hi Kira,
So glad to hear this worked for you! Yes, your practicing the process that many times probably took every last bit of whatever inside you was reacting to your Nanna Jane. Without that to trigger her, she had nothing negative to latch on to. When you projected love and gratitude her way, her energy body felt that and responded accordingly.

Get your mom some orange juice for the shock. She may need it again in the coming weeks. Who knows how wonderful your family interactions will become? There IS no limit... :-D

Happy Holidays!

Warmly,
Amazing! Simply amazing! I know you won't believe this, but I actually have experienced a GREAT lessening of my holiday-stress-caused psoriasis. Really! And nothing, not even medications get it to go away when life is really off the hook. I think Breathing Peace is such a beautiful process that I am practicing it every day. Thank you!

Hi, I was on the call last monday and had a pretty amazing result myself. My stress during the holidays is my wife, whom I'll call "Melissa". Melissa gets herself in a knot over the holidays, over birthdays, over going out for a business dinner with my boss - anything that involves making some kind of impression on other people. She doesn't think her dress is right or my tie is the best one and fusses on the kids until I have to tell her to stop, she's going to turn them paranoid.

At Christmas, Melissa decorates the house like a pro and every ornament has to be just right. If I move a pillow on the couch she has a major freaking fit. While it hasn't completely stopped, what I've noticed is that she's somehow softer and less of a nag on the rest of us about all this. I've practiced the process daily since the call and each day, she lets go a little more, and we have a little more peace and relaxation in the household. My main concern is our kids (who are small) and their peace of mind. Since I started the Breathing Peace practice, even they have become remarkably chill and Melissa is much more of a normal mom to them.

Many thanks for this Maryam. It's a godsend.

Merry Christmas & God Bless,
Hi, I just wanted to report that even though my brother-in-law sings out of tune every time he comes over, it doesn't bother me anymore. And my sister's mindless talk-talk-talk that never ends just isn't a problem for me anymore. Used to drive me up a tree crazy. And you know? She's doing less of the mindless type of chattering too. everybody just seems somehow more mellow since i did the call with you last week. i'll keep it up. thanks,
