It’s Been A Long Time…since I’ve updated this Blog. When Danaya died (), I left my post on her “Last Day” up on my old Blogspot in respect for her husband, who asked that it stay in place for awhile, so that others who knew her could read it. (Blogspot doesn’t have permalinks, which is one reason I moved over to Typepad) In the course of working hard on my Energy Therapy book and meeting other commitments, certain things had to give - this Blog among them. It’s good to know what can give and when, and when you need to, to let those things go without regret or guilt! If you’re having problems doing this, consider using Energy Therapy to help relieve regret, guilt and other negative emotions you might feel. When things get overwhelming, cut down less essential processes and concentrate only on what you truly Need To Do to get past the overwhelm…
